MeowPrint produced 39 black Gildan 88500 hooded sweatshirts with multi-location embroidery for CEMS Club Singapore at NUS. The left chest featured a circular embroidered patch incorporating the club’s logo in navy, white, and gold thread, with “CEMS CLUB” arching above and “SINGAPORE” below a central arrow motif. The back carried a larger design combining a Singapore skyline illustration — rendered in white and gold stitch work depicting landmarks such as Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer — with the full “CEMS Club Singapore” wordmark beneath. Thread colours were matched to the client’s brand guidelines, and stitch density was calibrated to maintain clean detail on the circular badge lettering while ensuring the fine skyline linework remained sharp against the dark fleece fabric.
MT 09 SG required 23 pieces of polyester pullover hoodies customised with silk screen printing. The order needed to be fulfilled within a short turnaround, with consistent print quality across all units.
Our Solution
MeowPrint produced 23 black BEAM polyester pullover hoodies (HDR30) using multi-colour silk screen printing across multiple print positions. The front chest featured a red-and-white MT-09 SG emblem alongside a white MT-09 logo on the left chest, while the right sleeve carried the Yamaha tuning-fork crest and wordmark in solid white. The back showcased a large-scale “The Dark Side of Japan” graphic with bold white linework and a red accent dot, framed by mirrored MT-09 and Yamaha branding on each sleeve. Colour registration was carefully managed to ensure sharp edges on the multi-tone red and white artwork against the black fabric. Each unit was inspected for print opacity and placement consistency before the batch was packed and delivered within the required turnaround.
