Very professional service by Meow Print staff Xiao Fen. V responsive and flexible, she helped to expedite the delivery of the shirts to our partner and even help update the delivery address at short notice. On top of that, Meow Print Shirts are of fine quality and reasonable. With good service and quality shirts, we will definitely order again in the near future.

Very quick to respond in first correspondence, but after sending in the design, took 2 weeks and my chasing to reply - and when they did reply, it indicated that they did not bother to read the detailed instructions I sent in the last email, and definitely did not bother to even download and look at the design file. Very disappointing and unprofessional. (my first rating based on this experience is 2 stars)Now that they have replied and apologised, they are now prompt in their reply and detailed in their clarification of what the print entails, and is willing to help rectify a slight design mistake I made in submitting the design file. (just a personal preference, but they do tend to try to call without first letting you know they are calling and checking if you are available for a call)Reserving the last star till I receive the printed design to see if the quality is as expected.

Ordered another batch of custom made t shirts from MeowPrint again. The service provided by Xiaofen was great and seamless. From the day I enquire to the day I received the t-shirts took about 1 week. Very happy with the service and the end products.

Super easy to deal with and straightforward. Xiao Fen assisted me from start to finish! All messages were replied to promptly and price was transparent too. The quality of the Gildan Hoodies we ordered were comfortable, true to color and our embroidery was as how we requested for it to be. They have a comprehensive range of products for anyone (individual or corporate customers) and their pricing are clear on the website and competitive. Good service from the sales consultant (Xiao Fen), prompt replies on WhatsApp when I had some changes to make to my embroidery cut. Delivery was also very fast after final payment was made.We'll definitely consider MeowPrints again for future company events! 😊
