Where do I even begin! A huge shoutout to Xiao Fen and the team!<br><br>The service and quality of their work exceeds our expectations.<br>What amazes us even more is their attention to detail, the level of proactiveness they have and how intentional they are with the work.<br><br>The designs we have are quite detailed and we are amazed that they could even get that silk-screen printed! But because our print was too thin too, it came off after the first wash. In our past experience with other printers, many would not follow up or brush it off.<br><br>But this team - they responded immediately. They guided us to test wash a few more shirts to find out what the issue is. They recalled the entire batch of that print and get to work to find out the root problem and rectified it! Not only did they find out the problem, they took the initiative to provide the solution and it worked! I am so amazed by the efficiency of the team and above all - their level of excellence.<br><br>Everyone who got the shirt was praising how the print stayed so well and how the t-shirts are so comfortable!<br><br>Thank you Meowprint team! Our POC was Janice and she was so sweet in assisting and servicing our order! The whole process from designing to ordering to receiving our orders was smooth and pleasant.
