MeowPrint produced these lanyards for NCCS’s Integrative Oncology Symposium using full-colour dye sublimation printing on smooth satin lanyard material, which allowed the intricate botanical background — featuring a gradient transition from soft pink to pale cream with delicate olive-green foliage and pink floral illustrations — to reproduce with sharp detail and rich colour saturation. The event title, “Transforming Cancer Care with Integrative Oncology Symposium,” was printed in bold dark purple-brown text across both sides of the lanyard, maintaining strong legibility against the multi-toned background. Each lanyard was fitted with a metal lobster-claw clasp and paired with a cardholder attachment. Colour proofs were confirmed ahead of production to ensure the gradient and botanical elements aligned with the client’s branding, and the full batch of approximately 150 pieces was completed and delivered ahead of the February event date.
National University of Singapore required 300 pieces of full-colour sublimation printed lanyards with cardholders for department staff use. The university provided distinct artwork for each side of the lanyard strap and subsequently refined the design for a cleaner background. Ensuring adequate visibility and sizing of the NUS logo on the lanyard was a key concern throughout the design process.
Our Solution
MeowPrint produced these lanyards using full-colour dye-sublimation printing on smooth satin polyester straps, enabling edge-to-edge coverage on both sides with distinct artwork. The front face features the department name “Microbiology & Immunology” in bold orange text alongside the NUS crest and “Since 1925” tagline in navy blue, while the reverse displays a watercolour-style pattern of microorganism illustrations in teal and warm brown tones. Multiple artwork proofs were prepared to refine the background and ensure the NUS logo and crest were reproduced at a legible size with accurate colour matching across the blue, orange, and multi-colour elements. Each lanyard was finished with a metal lobster-claw clasp and paired with an add-on cardholder before the full run of 300 pieces was completed and delivered.
