🤔 Are All Notebooks The Same?​

Firstly, when it comes to material, the popular notebooks that you commonly see are produced with covers made from PU Leather material.

PU leather is commonly used due to its cost-friendliness as well as the professional and luxurious look it gives to the users.

Since notebooks usually has about 100-200 paper sheets, chances are the PU leather will last way past the point of you filling up the entire notebook.

Despite being mainly made from the similar PU leather material, the finishing, colors and design of the notebooks also play a contributing factor to why all notebooks are NOT the same!

💵 Do All Custom Notebooks Cost The Same?​

Price will depend on the product model and customisation required.

You can customize our bestselling notebook for as low as $4.72/pc (incl. GST). This will be based on 180-199 pieces of NB52 PU Leather Notebook including 1 Color Logo print on the cover of the notebook.

If you require 2 colors or more logo printing, then the price will be higher! We also provide deboss printing which is higher in cost than 1 logo printing.

In general, for the customisation of notebooks, the higher the quantity, the lower the price!

🛠️ What Printing Methods Are Available for Personalised Custom Note Books?​

If you’re looking for customization on our ready-stock notebooks, then there are only 3 possible printing services which are suitable for them!

Do take note that not all notebooks are suitable for all 3 printing methods! Do check the instant quote or get in touch with our sales team for assistance!

1. Silk Screen Printing

Silkscreen printing is the method of ink printing of your logo onto the flat cover of the notebook. This is generally the most cost-efficient method of print, especially at higher quantities.

However if you have multiple colors of logo to print, at a low quantity, perhaps the other methods of print will suit you better. Learn more about silk screen printing.

2. UV Digital Printing

If your logo is complicated with small fine detailing, or with more than 2 colors, then silkscreen printing is not possible!

Therefore the next alternative option will be UV Digital Printing! This is basically like a printer printing colors directly on flat surfaces.

The cost is higher than silkscreen printing but it’s the only method to customise many colors on your personalised notebooks!

3. Deboss Printing

Deboss printing is a method where high heat with your design mould is applied onto the cover hence your logo is ‘sinked’ into the cover of the notebook.

There are no colors involved, but your design will be a darker shade of the color of the notebook cover. This is usually used for simple logos that can be seen nicely with 1 shade of color.

⏳ How Long is the Lead Time to Customize the Notebooks?​

Based on the 3 possible printing methods which you can choose, the leadtime will be as follows.

For Silkscreen printing and UV Digital printing onto the covers of the notebooks, it’ll take about 7 working days after your artwork approval to complete your unique notebooks customisation!

For deboss printing, it will generally take about 10 working days after artwork approval as we require longer leadtime to produce the mould to deboss the cover.
