How To Order?

It’s really simple to order custom T-shirts & corporate gifts with us at MeowPrint T-Shirt Printing. Only 4 simple steps!

Step 1 - 📧 Enquiry

Submit your enquiry via our Instant Quotation on our website after adding the products to cart. Alternatively, you can Email us at 📧 sales@meowprint.sg or Contact Us for any assistance.

Our sales team will respond within 24 business hours. It’ll quicken the process if you are able to send us the design in the high resolution (usually 300 dpi).

If you need some inspirations and T-Shirt design ideas, do check out our Recent Projects for some inspirations.

If you need advice on your customisation, our dedicated sales team will be able to help you along the way.

Step 2 - ❤️ Processing

During the processing of your order, we’ll finalize the every details such as Quoted Price, Printing methods, Lead-time and Designs for your customization.

We will create digital visual mockup for your approval before proceeding with bulk production.

Step 3 - 🛠️ Production

Once your order is in production, everything is finalized and all we need is your patience!

MeowPrint provides one of the fastest lead-time in the industry. Our ready-stock items can be in your hands as quick as 5-7 working days (after artwork approval).

Step 4 - 🚐 Self-Collection / Delivery

Once your order is completed, you can either self-collect at our showroom or choose delivery and your order will be on its way to you! Easy-peasy!

This is not my first time ordering from Meowprint, and once again, they delivered excellent service. Communication via email and WhatsApp was seamless, with prompt responses. I needed my t-shirts urgently and they went the extra mile to expedite my order, managing to print and deliver them within a week. Although two of my t-shirt orders were initially missed, they quickly resolved the issue by delivering them the very next day. Overall, their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction are impressive. Highly recommended!

Generally smooth process dealing with meowprint. Shirt quality was slightly thin, but alright for the price and speed. Might choose a higher end base next time.

Very quick to respond in first correspondence, but after sending in the design, took 2 weeks and my chasing to reply - and when they did reply, it indicated that they did not bother to read the detailed instructions I sent in the last email, and definitely did not bother to even download and look at the design file. Very disappointing and unprofessional. (my first rating based on this experience is 2 stars)Now that they have replied and apologised, they are now prompt in their reply and detailed in their clarification of what the print entails, and is willing to help rectify a slight design mistake I made in submitting the design file. (just a personal preference, but they do tend to try to call without first letting you know they are calling and checking if you are available for a call)Reserving the last star till I receive the printed design to see if the quality is as expected.UPDATE: I have since received the print, and I must say I am quite impressed with the quality of the material (soft, good color, dri fit, anti odor) and the print itself. Wore it, washed it, wore it again, very comfortable, and definitely portrays my brand well. Deserves the full 5 stars.
