The extra weight gives the fabric a dense, structured feel that holds its shape without sagging, while the combed ring-spun cotton keeps the surface smooth rather than coarse. A high stitch density across the jersey knit creates a tighter, more even face — a real advantage for screen printing and DTG where fine detail and colour vibrancy matter.

The 2.3cm rib collar is wider than standard and sits flat, paired with taped neck and shoulder seams for a clean interior finish. Double-needle hems at 2cm on the sleeves and bottom add visible reinforcement. A tear-away label inside means you can remove the tag cleanly for relabelling or a tagless finish — useful for merchandise runs or branded uniforms where you want your own label instead.

Available in 13 colours including black, white, sand, seafoam, and indigo blue. Sport Royal uses a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend and RS Sport Grey runs at 90/10, so fibre content varies on those two.
