Returns / Refunds


Due to the nature of our business of customised products, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.

We recommend setting an appointment with us to view the actual products before sending in your order to customise.

Defective products (if applicable)


If there are any errors in the personalised item on buyers end, there is strictly no return or exchange provided.

If the base products are not to the customers’ preference (eg: material, built of the product, color of the product, thickness, etc.), there is strictly no return or exchange provided.

However, if there are any errors in the customised products on our end, we will work towards a solution with you (ie. replace the defective product).

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace products if they are defective or damaged on our end.

We will need to assess the defective products before proceeding with an exchange (if applicable).
